Nihon Harmony Resorts KK. and other Group companies (hereinafter referred to collectively as “the Group”) recognize the importance of protecting your personal information in order to maintain your trust. The Group has established the following policy, based on the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (hereinafter “Personal Information Protection Act”) and other relevant laws and ordinances, and its officers and employees are committed to working together to protect your private information.

COLLECTION OF ACCESS LOG
Group sites record information about those who have accessed them in the form of an access log. The access log includes information such as the domain name and IP address of those who have accessed the sites, the type of web browser they are using and the date and time the sites were accessed. This information does not contain information that would allow individuals to be identified. The access log is used to maintain and manage the websites and to conduct statistical analysis about usage, and is never used for any other purpose.

CURRENTLY CONDUCTING DATA COLLECTION AND ANALYSIS BY TOURIST DESTINATION DEVELOPMENT COMPANIES IN COLLABORATION WITH ACCOMMODATIONS AND OTHER FACILITIES
The Niseko Promotion Board is conducting “Data Collection and Analysis by Tourist Destination Development Companies in Collaboration with Accommodations and Other Facilities” as put forth in 2020 by the Japan Tourism Agency. In this project, we are conducting a survey of regional tourism trends by collecting and analyzing visitor data in order to improve customer convenience and promote tourism for the future. The results of these surveys will allow us improve service quality by better understanding customer needs.Collected data is anonymized and cannot be used to identify individuals.
This facility is conducting the above survey. If you do not wish to be involved, please inform the staff.
